Built upon TSC’s proprietary PerFET device structures and processes, these newly announced 80V and 100V N-channel power MOSFETs provide:
- Industry-best Figure of Merit (FOM): Achieving an impressive RDS(on)*Qg of 184, these devices deliver unmatched efficiency, enabling lower power losses.
- High Avalanche Rating: With an industry-leading avalanche rating of 175⁰C, these MOSFETs ensure reliable performance even under extreme conditions.

The devices come in industry-standard-size (5mm x 6mm) PDFN56U packages, featuring a wettable flank design. This ensures improved solder joint reliability and enhanced accuracy for automated optical inspection (AOI) during PCB assembly processes.

- Single-output current ratings from 50A to 100A
- Dual-output models rated at 31A
